Volunteering

Be Part of Our Story

Volunteers are an integral part of the Swadlincote Festival of Words. It will greatly influence the overall visitor experience if we are able to have volunteers on hand to help out where needed. By giving a little of your time, you can play a part in helping to bring words and stories to life over the festival days.

Whether you enjoy welcoming visitors, supporting authors behind the scenes, helping with creative activities or sharing your local knowledge, there is a role for everyone. It is a fantastic way to meet new people, gain experience, and be part of something enjoyable for our community. If you would like to get involved, please complete the form below and let us know how you would like to help. We would love to have you join us.
